This document describes Aclick, a low-cost instant reporting system for pharmaceutical companies. Aclick allows marketing representatives to submit reports with a single click as they visit doctors, recording details like visit time and samples provided. This eliminates delays from paper or late online reports. Company managers can then access submitted reports through a web application to monitor activities. Aclick is designed to save time and money compared to traditional reporting while improving monitoring, sales analysis, and doctor relationships.

ABSTRACT :-
Pharmacy industries is the only industry whose marketing is not allowed by any
electronic media, newspaper or any other media. Today, with lot of challenges it has become
necessary for the company to keep track of their sales force, to be in market.
Aclick is very low cost instant reporting and sales report management system for
Pharmaceutical Companies. Its facilitate instant reporting within seconds and save lot of money
on paper and most important thing is that it eliminates need of report generation as it is
automatically generated reports on the server as MR moves form one doctor to other within a
second.
With its implementation, the potential and productivity of the Company and its
employees multiplies many folds.
INTRODUCTION:-

reporting system require lot of time for entering data into computer at the end the end of day. But
to be up in market we require instant reporting.

3. CASE STUDY:-
MR Working:
• MR daily work starts with Daily visit planning.
• Visit to the schedule Doctor, chemist and stockiest.
• Explain the Company’s product and give samples to the doctor.
• MR note down the name of doctor, visit time, product explain, sample given etc….
• After hectic working day, MR prepares the report of his daily working and sends to the
company by mail or post.
Company Working:
• Company’s work start after MR sends the report to the Company.
• Head office gets the report after 4-5 days.
• Head office delivers that report to the outsource data entry company.
• Data Entry Company enters the data and analyzed it, this analysis is then used to record
the performance of the company and the Marketing Representative

4. DESIGN:-
Aclick software consist of three modules. The modules are-
1. Gadget application
2. Web-application.
3. Desktop-application
Aclick software consist of a gadget application with list of all the doctor in MR region as
he moves from one doctor to another, he clicks on the name of doctor, an instant report is sent to
the server which can be view in the form of regular report. MR can also click on sample given to
the doctor, or gift given to him.
As details enter into server, it can view by the Director, Manager and MR by providing
their username and password in web-application. The data they can view will depend upon their
role in the company, i.e. MR can view his own data, manager’s can view data of their region and
director can view all the data.
Aclick software also collects sales information about the sales by the specified stockiest.
This information helps to find out the overall sale of the company, sales in the given area, given
region etc.
Aclick consist of a desktop-application, which is used by MR to analyze his

performance of visits and sales and maintain work related data on his personal doctor. Thus
eliminating the need to go to internet-café.

5. Benefits:
1. Obviates the need to first collect the data in paper form and then process it or feed the
data in online form and then send it.

3. Total saving in postage costs for sending visit report to Head Office.
4. Efficient monitoring and control of field activities through analysis of latest data.

6. Targeted marketing through systematic identification of doctors with products.
7. Analyses of MR effort with respect to orders and deviations.
