    the car dealer focuses on the features, tools and technologies for pushing his messages, promotions and inventory into the social media space.

  • These dealers usually fail to understand the behaviors, locations and relationship etiquette of their own customers online.
    As a result, they miss the mark for maximizing their business benefits from social media marketing activities…
