      • Field Trip is visit to a location for educational purpose.
      • They are EXPLORATORY and fulfills the ON–THE SPOT observation of some specific process.
      • Students leave school go to the community.
      • Taking the class into the “real” world is called as field trip.
      • Students get first hand knowledge and enable them to see how a number of skills, processes blend into a whole.
      • They provide students with cultural experiences available in no other way.
      • An Educational Activity undertaken by students outside the classroom.
