Developed and tested an effective handover algorithm for uninterrupted live mobile video streaming with high quality of service and performance efficiency based on 802.11g standards using an ARM 9 processor, designed a successful system architecture using JavaScript and C languages, JAX-WS Web services, MYSQL database and NetBeans integrated development environment, simulation results were observed in terms of the number of handovers versus RSS (Reduced Signal Strength.) - Presented by Rajvi Desai, Sayali Dharmadhikari, Sunayana Goswamy

• To aid the research on Video Streaming Applications which will improve Quality of Service in the form of noise, jitter, delay, heterogeneity, adaptation, bandwidth utilization, and migration
• The handover decision is made upon received signal strength by base station from the mobile station Negotiation between MS, BS 1 & BS 2 Decision Making Priority strategies during overloading
• As part of strategic planning we carry out SWOT Analysis S trengths: attributes of the person that are helpful to achieving the objective. W eaknesses: attributes of the person that are harmful to achieving the objective. O pportunities: external conditions that are helpful to achieving the objective. T hreats: external conditions which could do damage to the business's performance.
• An exit strategy is a means of escaping one's current situation, typically an unfavourable situation. An organization or individual without an exit strategy may be in a quagmire .
