Weekly market view
Markets continued the trend last week although moved in tight range for
the whole week but remained positively biased as supported by positive
domestic data such as IIP, CPI AND WPI which made closing on a flat note.
Nifty future tested record highs and bulls sustained for the fourth
consecutive week is now ahead of the crucial 8500 mark which is near the
trend line on weekly charts as shown in chart above and resistance can be
seen in the range of 8520-8550 where profit booking can be seen at such
high levels and if correction happens then major support is seen around
8320. Any closing below this level can drag the index on lower side.
