    INTRODUCTION
    It was established in 1996 by Mr. DEEPAK .He has started his business with initial capital Rs.60000.Before starting business , he thought that I should start business in populated area. Because by investing less money they can earn more money in that particular place. That’s why he has chosen Old Faridabad main market . In this area every day there are large number People come for shopping as it’s the main market of the particular area. So he had good option to earn more money Because at that time there was hardly any burger stall in that area. He make fast food on his stall. like- Burger , Chawmin .
    ABOUT DEEPAK- He is 32 years old man. He was born in Faridabad . It was very tough task for him to start business in Main market because he required large amount of money. That’s why he has stated his business with small capital initially. He is illiterate but he has knowledge about market

    A) Mr. Deepak started his fast food stall in 1996
    b) Initially he invested Rs. 60000 to start his business.
    c) Every day operation cost is Rs. 3500

    a) Rent for the location where he located is 3000/month
    b) Cops comes on daily basis and take or eat around of Rs. 150/day

  • 6. Price- In Old Faridabad Market, there are so many Fast food stall but due to price factor he is surviving well. He is serving to customers at low cost.
     
    Quality- Due to quality factor he is competing to his competitors. He is mainly focus on quality and never compromise with quality basically he is using branded Banns good row material like spices etc.
     
    Service- He is providing service to the customers from After noon to late night in respect to other. He is attracting to customers by providing quick and fast service without any charge.
     
    Behavior- (MeethabolBadaAnmol)
    He is very polite person and his relationship with customers is very good. According to him, for the successful business relationship play very important role. That’s why he also focuses on relationship and tries to make good relationship with customers.
     
    Taste And Fresh Stuff
    He uses fresh stuff in his food and Which makes his stuff tasty as well. As per the customer’s feed back his food is tasty among all others .He uses fresh stuff and which makes his stuff tasty this is the biggest competitive advantage.

    COST OF ABOVE around 3500 including every exp. Like cylinder, spices , bannes etc
    AND He SELLS AT RS 5000.

    NEW PRODUCTS
    He is planning to add on new products in his menu in coming winters as per the customers demand. Like- mommos , chili paneer etc.

    - With the help of word of mouth. He is acquiring more and more customers. According to him, word of mouth is a cheap tool through which any business can get popularity .He never use any other marketing tool.

    He never does competitor’s track he says-SAB APNI KISMAT KA KHATE HAI JISSE MERE PASS ANA HAI AAEGA NHI ANNA E NHII AAEGE.IN SAB SE KYA FAIDYA

    Only one challenge he faces that’s the season-
    Like in rain or in too hot day if any loss happens then he himself has to bear the loss. Because in such condition all raw material goes waste

    He will introduce some more stuff as per the customer demand like mommos , chili paneer in winters.
    He will do some changes in his set up as well
