First of all, slides are nothing more than a supportive tool to present an idea or ideologies or concepts or theories or what-so-ever... I wish,I could have invited you guys for this presentation - 3 years back...lolz! Alas,I don’t have any time machine to do that now. If you have noticed, and I am sure you have not - slide no: 32 is shouting loud about SERVQUAL Model and its successive slide no: 33 is explaining how the raw data has been used to derive a logical conclusion The subtle differences between two competitive Print Media ads has been already well depicted on two accounts - VAS and Paradigm Shift in Branding with respect to various segments at that time. - simply dont look at things, try to watch it. I admit with due course of time, the presentation can be termed as an "outdated one" but I would rather prefer it to be a snapshot of Indian telecom history of year 2006-2007. So if any new information comes in from any corner I am ready to have a "watch" on it... I would had been more glad if you guys had dug more with respect to techno-managerial deltas... rather than on "design of presentation" and a suggestion for you people...instead blaming and counter-blaming, do read things carefully - if you guys have not understood use of SERVQUAL Model with respect to marketing strategy of services... please read Pro-IMS-(Profit Impact on Marketing Strategy - by Buzzle & Gaye or by Paul W.
