HELPING OTHERS – WHY IT HAS A GREAT IMPACT IN6 WAYS SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE STAND OUT!!HELPING OTHERS – WHY IT HAS A GREAT IMPACT INPERSONAL DEVELOPMENT?6 WAYS SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE STAND OUT!!Professionals spend the vast majority of their time helping other people succeed:PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT?In todays time, many of us seem to fight tooth and nail for many different things.Professionals spend the vast majority of their time helping other people succeed:employees, customers, vendors and suppliers... the list goes on and on. Helping other people succeedis your job, but its also your job to focus on yourself, at least part of time. Why? Your successIn todays time, many of us seem to fight tooth and nail for many different things.Getting the things we need is somehow difficult to achieve, let alone helping others in fulfillingwhat they basically need. However, a lot of people may be surprised that helping others is veryis your job, but its also your job to focus on yourself, at least part of time. Why? Your successcreates success for others--and success requires, at least in part, standing out from the crowd andbeing known for something. Of course there are different ways you can stand out.what they basically need. However, a lot of people may be surprised that helping others is verysimple. In fact, it takes less time and effort that you might imagine. The problem is that somehave so little understanding on the fact that when you help someone, you actually achievebeing known for something. Of course there are different ways you can stand out.BE FIRST, WITH A PURPOSE - Lots of business owners are 1st to arrive each day. Thatshave so little understanding on the fact that when you help someone, you actually achievesomething from the experience. A great impact on extending your hand to others is thedevelopment of your personality.BE FIRST, WITH A PURPOSE - Lots of business owners are 1st to arrive each day. Thatsgreat, but what do you do with that time? Organize your thoughts? Get a jump on your email? Insteaddevelopment of your personality. To be in a position where you are capable of providing help is an excellent opportunityof taking care of your stuff, do something visibly worthwhile for the company. Take care ofunresolved problems from the day before. Set things up so its easier for employees to hit the groundTo be in a position where you are capable of providing help is an excellent opportunityto share what you have gained in life. Restoring the balance among people as what the famoussaying goes, "Its better to give than to receive"; we should indeed provide other peoplesunresolved problems from the day before. Set things up so its easier for employees to hit the groundrunning when they arrive. Chip away at an ongoing project others are ignoring. Whatever youchoose, do it consistently. Dont just be the one who turns on the lights--be the one who gets in earlysaying goes, "Its better to give than to receive"; we should indeed provide other peoplesnecessities if they are not capable of providing on their own. While we may be in abundance, several individuals lack lots of things. Thus, if we give to those who lack, we have contributed tochoose, do it consistently. Dont just be the one who turns on the lights--be the one who gets in earlyand gets things done. The example you set will quickly spread.several individuals lack lots of things. Thus, if we give to those who lack, we have contributed tothe restoration of balancing the world. Often times, those who have become continuous giversBE KNOWN FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC - Meeting standards, however lofty thosestandards may be, wont help you stand out. Helping should be associated with positive attitudes to gain ahealthy mental state.personally check in with customers. Be the boss who consistently promotes from within. Be knownas the person who responds quicker, or acts faster, or who always follows up first. Pick a worthwhilehealthy mental state. For example, if we are part of any charity with a special cause, we appreciate our lifeas the person who responds quicker, or acts faster, or who always follows up first. Pick a worthwhilemission and excel at that mission. For example, if we are part of any charity with a special cause, we appreciate our lifemore if we look closely at the individuals whom we are suppose to help. When you are able towitness the kind of lives they live, the difficulties they have suffered or the things they do so theyCREATE YOUR OWN SIDE PROJECT - Excelling at an assigned project is expected.Excelling at a side project helps you stand out. The key is to take a risk with a project and make surewitness the kind of lives they live, the difficulties they have suffered or the things they do so theycan barely survive, youll quickly realize that the world is definitely unfair. If that happens, yousimply act on your own and do what you can to minimize others hardships. An act of help isExcelling at a side project helps you stand out. The key is to take a risk with a project and make sureyour company or customers dont share that risk. The same works for a business owner. Experimentwith a new process or service with a particular customer in mind. The customer will appreciate howsimply act on your own and do what you can to minimize others hardships. An act of help isgreatly appreciated no matter how small it may be. Whether you may only be helping yourparents with the daily chores, extending a hand to someone who stumbled from the ground, with a new process or service with a particular customer in mind. The customer will appreciate howyou tried, without being asked, to better meet their needs, and youll become "that guy.“parents with the daily chores, extending a hand to someone who stumbled from the ground, teach a friend with his/her assignment; these acts have different impacts to these people.PUT YOUR MUSCLE WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS - Lots of people take verbal stands. You learned lots ofPUT YOUR MUSCLE WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS - Lots of people take verbal stands. Fewertake a stand and put effort behind their opinions. Say you think a project has gone off the rails;instead of simply showing everyone how smart you are by pointing out its flaws and revamping theaffects your life in a positive way. The impact it created is definitely huge. You learned lots ofthings that could only be learned if you are placed on that situation. However, if you often feelthat you have always been giving but never received anything, then maybe you are expectinginstead of simply showing everyone how smart you are by pointing out its flaws and revamping thetimeline, jump in and help fix it. Its easy to criticize whats wrong or to talk about what should bechanged or could be improved. The people who stand out are the ones who help do something aboutthat you have always been giving but never received anything, then maybe you are expectingthat others will do the same to you. This is not what true giving is like. If you help, you do notneed to expect something greater in return. People around the world possess different states ofchanged or could be improved. The people who stand out are the ones who help do something aboutit.need to expect something greater in return. People around the world possess different states ofwealth. A few can afford anything they want, some are capable of providing their needs on theirown and quite a handful of people cannot provide the basic commodities on their own. Not many. The bestway to stand out is to try to out-work everyone else. Its also the easiest, because youll be the onlyeverything. Its how you value your life and how much you made great impacts on others lives.Becoming involved in helping people will keep you in ways which offers you bigger insights intowho you really are; what others perceive in you; and where you will be in the future.
