  3. 3. One sample of feldspatic porcelaindiscs
  4. 4. Samples in Group I were etched using 9.6%hydrofluoric acid (condac porcelana FGM)
  5. 5. Group II, III and IV samples were etchedusing Er:YAG Laser( KaVo Dental Corporation, Biberach , Germany)
  6. 6. One sample from each group was randomlyselected and the pattern of etching was evaluatedby means of an electron microscope(VEGA, TESCAN Co. Czech Republic)
  7. 7. Surface of the samples was covered completelyby Sailane (Sailane Bond Enhancer PULPDENT,Watertown, Massachusetts, USA)
  8. 8. Composite kit used in this study(Resilience Ortho Technology, Tampa, Florida, USA)
  9. 9. Termocycling machineSamples were thermocycled at 500 cycles between 5and 55ْc.
  10. 10. Samples were mounted on an acrylicstand.One sample prepared for measurement of shear bondstrength
