Attitude issomething you see on the outside when youreinterviewing someone (and that you cant alwaysbelieve). Desire is the one quality that you wantthat you can see and hear in everyone. Its the onequality that will cause someone to stay late, to lookfor creative ways to solve new problems, to thinkoutside the box, to help others, and to pushthemselves to succeed.
