  • Terrific deck! I wondered what killed all those unicorns...

    One trick we recommend: when the salespeople are negotiating the deal and about to give up something... get them to ask for a case study in return.

    You'd be giving the point away anyway, so might as well get something for it. And a pre-approved case is easier than begging later.
