In the holidays, I went by plane to the North Island. I stayed at my aunties place. We went swimming at the beach everyday. One day we went out for lunch and I ate too much dessert and I went home with a sore tummy. We played spotlight one night and I fell in a hole, hurting a muscle in my foot. I had a great holiday! Thanks Aunty.

You really need to identify which words you have corrected, otherwise the computer will do it if it is spell checked

Dear friend

Hope you are out of hospital soon. On Friday I had Tech Arts and we did computer work. The boys made Lego cars that moved on the floor and the girls (me) got to make music on the computer. Next week our teacher is going to burn all the music we created onto a disk.

We have Hard Court day coming up at school this term. I look forward to hearing the music.

A Smashing Scene

On Friday the 24 th a car went through the window of video easy at Rototuna. The reason it happened was that the driver was putting on a jandal and it got stuck on the accelerator and the car went straight through the window. One of the staff had minor injuries and was taken to hospital for a check-up. They were closed for the rest of the day which meant no one could get ANY DVDs. The next day we got a text saying they were back open so we could come and have a smashing time.

I wonder whether the police will press charges. It will obviously cost the shop money in lost earnings as Friday would be a busy day for a video shop I imagine.
THE END Good homework Monique. There are some nice backgrounds here. It is good to see each task completed well. The computer certainly makes the presentation a lot easier. Perhaps you could add your reading log to a slide when you use the computer for homework. 90
