  20. 20. The Journey -- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT –5 MILESTONE 5 – TEAM DEVELOPMENTHackrs and Backrs will arrive at this milestone when acohesive long-term team is formed. This team will then help bring the idea or product to market and will have needed to have given or received 5 pledges
  21. 21. The Journey -- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – 6 MILESTONE 6 – PROTOTYPE WEEKENDTo accelerate the development of an idea or product, HackrBackr will help initiate and execute rapid-prototyping hack-weekends where the community of developers and mentors can assist and learn
  22. 22. The Journey -- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – 7 MILESTONE 7 – BETA LAUNCHPrivate demonstrations of MVP and detailed business plans will be developed by the teams and thenpresented to the community for crucial group feedback
