  6. 6. Immunizations <ul><li>Part of the admissions process is to provide verification that your immunizations are up to date. This requires you to show proof of MMR and a second MMR by having your doctor sign an immunization form . </li></ul><ul><li>If you have questions or concerns please consult the immunization policy or call the UROCK office at 596-6906. </li></ul>

Apply for Financial Aid <ul><li>Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at . </li></ul><ul><li>Include the title IV code for UMA: 006760 </li></ul><ul><li>After your FAFSA is received by the federal aid processor, you will receive a student aid report (SAR). </li></ul><ul><li>After admission to a degree program, the Financial Aid Office will send an award letter offering an aid package for the academic year. </li></ul><ul><li>If you need assistance in filling out your financial aid forms, Financial Aid Advisor, Joanne Richards, holds workshops and takes walk in appointments on most Tuesdays. Call the office at 596-6906 to make an appointment. </li></ul>

Schedule a Placement Test <ul><li>Call University College at Rockland at 596-6906 to schedule a placement test designed to help you map your starting points in Reading, Writing, and Math. </li></ul><ul><li>This untimed, computer-based, multiple-choice test takes approximately two hours to complete. </li></ul>
  9. 9. Register for Classes <ul><li>After testing you will meet with Beverly Bayer or Deborah Meehan to schedule classes for the upcoming semester and sign up for the New Student Orientation for the Fall. </li></ul><ul><li>If you have a documented disability meet with Beverly Bayer, Student Services Coordinator to request accommodations. </li></ul>
