    Where do children go to school in India?
    Are the schools like the school you go to?
  • 2. A Private School
  • 3. Children that can afford to, go to school all day everyday.
    However, they must pay for school.
    A lot of children are not able to go to school because of the high fees parents must pay for education.
    A Private School
  • 4. A Charity School
  • 5. Some charities set up schools for children who cannot afford to attend school.
    Parents cannot afford to pay for school fees and their children can’t go to school.
    Children become illiterate – they are not able to read or write.
    So, Charities formed schools to teach these important skills to children, free of charge.

  • 6. An Outdoor School
  • 7. Children who attend outdoor schools are usually street children, who cannot afford to go to school.
    These children WANT to go to school, and turn up at the same street corners everyday so that they can receive their education.
