reason
we

This
year,
in
its
XXIX
edition,
the
Salón
de
Gourmets
will
have
Portugal
as
guest
country,
so
we
will
have
the
chance
to
taste
everything
that
the
Portuguese
gastronomy
offers
us,
like
their
fishes,
their
wines
and
meats.
Besides,
other
countries
like
Argentine,
France,
Ireland,
Italy,
Netherlands
or
Switzerland
have
already
confirmed
their
presence.
Since
its
first
edition
in
1987
the
Salón
de
Gourmets
de
Madrid
has
grown
more
and
more
each
year
and
in
the
last
edition
it
has
more
than
80.000
visitors,
more
than
30.000
products,
and
2.000
of
them
were
released
in
Gourmets.
It
also
had
1.164
exhibitors
and
this
year
they
foresee
to
grow
even
more.

we
are
going

give
our
best
in
there,
with
all
our
collaborators,
our
chefs
and
their
recipes
based
on
cheese
and
of
course
our
cheese.
The
last
time
we
attend
the
Salón
de
Gourmets
de
Madrid
we
won

Inspira
Award
of
design
for
our
event
and
we
want
to
overcome
ourselves…
