Shipping Made Easy
We have negotiated great volume discounts with the major freight carriers which are passed on directly to you. Some of our manufacturers have set flat fee shipping which helps make delivery more economical for our customers. Flat fee shipping options are noted on the item page.
We guarantee that we will never mark up shipping and find that offering a product a few cents cheaper and marking up shipping is a deceptive practice which says something about the integrity and values of a company.
Fast Shipping means Fast Delivery
Shipping time is usually between 5-7 days from the time your order leaves our warehouses to the continental United States. Shipping times may vary by product. If you are on a deadline, just let your sales representative know when scheduling your shipment. Need your flooring yesterday? No problem at all, our logistics team has done the impossible to make deadlines happen.
Communications and Updates
When we receive your order and schedule it to be shipped, our logistics team will e-mail or call you with a tracking number along with the customer service number of the carrier within 48 hours. With this information you can then call and make arrangements for delivery or pick up. Your order will usually be placed within 30 minutes. We process and ship the majority of our orders within 24-48 hours.
