Nicotine is an

addictive drug, therefore if you start smoking it is very hard to

stop. If you smoke you increase the risk of developing

heart disease, as well as many other disease’s, such as cancer.

Here are some important reasons why you should not smoke:

It cost a lot of money (if you were to smoke one pack of cigarettes a day for a whole year it would cost you about $3000 dollars).

It can cause a fire

It spoils your clothes

It turns your fingers yellow

It makes you sick.

Drugs part 2

Alcohol

Alcohol is a drug and if you drink large amounts of it, it can

change the way you feel, the way you act and the way you sound.

If you drink to much alcohol your health will suffer

Illegal drugs

Illegal drugs are harmful to your mind and body. If you use them you can

become addicted and need more and more. Addicts sometimes use needles to

Inject themselves with the drug and can get AIDS or hepatitis.
