    Leads refer to an individual or organization that shows interest in your firm’s services by responding through direct marketing channels like advertisements.
    Leads are generated by the marketing department and they also get connected with your firm through existing customer referrals.
    Leads are also referred to as prospective customers who may be interested in your firm’s products.

    Fill in all the necessary fields and save the information to save the lead.

    Existing leads can be viewed by clicking on the lead name in the Leads: Dashboard.
    Leads with status “Working” or “Assigned” are displayed as qualified leads in dashboard.

    Follow up e-mails can be sent to leads using this link. The email templates used here can be created/modified in Sales>Message templates
