  • 4. Labels help you organize your messages into categories Labels can be organized into categories/ sub-categories
  • 5. Select the message(s) Select the label icon Select the label(s) to apply or create a new label

  • 7. The Settings menu allows you to customize your Gmail experience Each tab contains several options
  • 8. With Conversation view ON, when you delete an email you also delete all sent items related to it Send & Archive will send your reply and archive the original message by moving it to the All Mail folder

  • 17. Notice the task is added to the top of the Task List and the original email is attached
  • 18. Click the Untitled document field to rename the file The document auto-saves every time you make a change
  • 19. Click the Upload icon and select the file(s) to move to Drive Decide if you want to convert the file into a Google format
  • 20. List of who has what type of access Invite people by email address Choose the level of access then Share and save
  • 21. Open the calendar event you want to edit Click Add attachment
  • 22. Navigate to the document and click Select
  • 23. Documents you create/own; synched to your PC Documents others create/own; NOT synched to your PC Simultaneous editors: YES Simultaneous editors: NO
