  67. 67. Staying upright in this chop took a lot of effort. We would suddenly see beachball-sized heads appear in front of our boats in groups of two and three. One or two surfing brown backs would materialize out of a wave and disappear. It wasentertaining, sort of, unless you considered who would lose in anencounter between a sea kayaker and a 1000 pound male sea lion.
