    Saturated fat is found mostly in meat and dairy products.
    Solid at room temperatures.

    Where in the body?
    Are found in dairy products so they enter the body when consumed.
    Fat serves as the storage substance for the body's extra calories. It fills the fat cells.
  • 10. Effects on the Body
    Fats supply fatty acids, which are not made by the body and must be obtained from food.
    Eating too much saturated fat is one of the major risk factors for heart disease.
