  • Als we de prioriteiten van bedrijven zouden onderzoeken dan zouden we tot de conclussie komen dat de prioriteiten van het bedrijf steeds te herleiden zijn naar drie grote domeinen: meer groei, hogere efficiency, betere klantentevredenheid.Om deze prioriteiten in praktijk te zetten zullen er een aantal strategische objectieven worden gedefinieerd die op hun beurt een zekere impact zullen hebben op de bestaande business processen en onderliggende IT systemen.Het is dus essentieel te weten welke business processen zullen moeten veranderen en welke impact deze zullen hebben op de organisatie, applicaties, infrastructuur en overkoepelende architectuur. Een eerste stap in dit process, ALIGMENT, is dus kijken welke processen er vandaag zijn (AS IS) en welke de procesen zijn die er voor zorgen dat de strategische objectieven behaald worden (TO BE). Dit wordt beschreven in BPM trajecten. Sommige van deze processen en wijzingen zullen een impact hebben op de architectuur. De mapping welke business processen impact hebben op welke applicaties en hoe deze impact hebben op de architectuur wordt beschreven door in EA offering. Het uittekenen en beschrijven van EA is essentieel indien men nieuwe applicaties of veranderingen op bestaande applicaties wil doorvoeren.Als resultaat van deze verschillende assessments zal er een strategische IT plan worden samengesteld waaruit kan worden afgeleid of we enerzijds innovatieve “op maat software” nodig hebben ofdat we de bestaande applicaties kunnen verbeteren (integratie, migratie…) of het efficiecy kunnen verhogen of een combinatie van alle. (of producten moeten worden aangekocht ref ES/BA) ** voorbeeld – doorlooptijd om een bepaald product (telco agile omgeving) naar de markt te brengen is 15 werkdagen omdat verschillende development omgevingen zijn opgezet  efficiency verhoging ALM/software factory  resultaat 3 dagen doorlooptijd****Om projecten te realiseren zullen we gebruik maken van een set van best practices gebaseerd om industrie standaarden en onze klanten ervaring die we gedurende 25 jaar hebben opgebouwd. Zowel voor maat software/ integratie, migratie,BPM… zullen we altijd door een cyclus van proces stappen gaan om de oplossing te implementeren (FA/TA, develop, test, deploy, train & support) en overkoepeld gebruikmakend van Project Mgt methodologieën.Als resultaat krijgen onze klanten schaalbare oplossingen om te voorzien in de noden van morgen ; herbruikbaar zowel op het vlak van services (ref SOA) als op het vlak van code ; efficiency (minder resources, snellere doorlooptijd, minder budget – met minder mensen en middelen een beter resultaat neerzetten ; geintegreerd)) en beheersbare (onderhoud, deel non-core outsourced, SLA’s…) omgeving. We leveren dus rock solid strategische applicaties af die een echte meerwaarde betekenen voor onze klanten.
