  • 3. 3<br />Panel Introduction<br />Suzanne Bertschi <br /> Suzanne is the Product Manager of Certification for IIBA®. In this role, Suzanne is accountable for the operational manage-ment of the certification and re-certification programs. Previously, Suzanne was a Sr. Business Systems Consultant at Sun Life Financial, responsible for business analysis and, for business analysis process improvement, training and coaching. Panel Introduction<br />Kevin Brennan<br /> Kevin Brennan, CBAP, PMP, serves on the Board of Directors as the Vice-President, Body of Knowledge, as well as acting as the IIBA’s Manager of Information Technology. He is responsible for the development of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) and was also one of the authors of the CBAP® exam.   • 5. 5<br />Panel Introduction<br />Michael Gladstone<br /> Michael is Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Quality Assurance at Meridian Credit Union, responsible for developing theBA and QA practices, and overseeing the BA and QA activities across the organization.  As IIBA® VP Certification, Michael oversees the operations of the Certification programs and development and management of the organization’s professional designations. As CIO, Michael&apos;s responsibilities include IT Operations and Solutions Development.<br /> Michael is a graduate of York University with a BSc. in Computer Science and the Schulich School of Business with an MBA.<br />© International Institute of Business Analysis<br />

CBAP® Certification Requirements<br />Application Requirements<br />Five years (7,500 hours) of business analysis work in the last 10 years experience<br />Demonstrated experience and knowledge (i.e. minimum 900 hours) in 4 out of 6 BABOK® Knowledge Areas<br />21 hours of BA professional development in the last 4 years<br />Minimum high school diploma or equivalent<br />Two professional references <br />Signed Code of Conduct<br />Upon approval, the candidate must pass the CBAP® Exam<br />9<br />© International Institute of Business Analysis<br />
  • 10. The Certification Process <br />Candidate submits an application for certification.
