OBSERVATIONS           Brands Available Creates An Image In The Minds Of People More Expensive Stores On The Lower Floors Food Hall Lighting : Yellow Lighting Throughout Gives A Feel Of Comfort Mirrors All Across In Mall Washrooms With Massage Chairs Escalators Free form layout (mainly used in lifestyle retailing) The flooring was aesthetic and had very less joints. Non-slippery. It added to the grandeur of the mall. Only 1 or 2 stores had displayed the discount offers on their entrance.
  • 7. Almost all types of lighting, i.e., mood lighting / ambience lighting, wall wash, cove lighting, bounce light were utilized in palladium. It proved the image that the mall has.  the customers were also able to get personal staff for their shopping needs so as to help them whenever they needed it.  The restaurants in palladium showcase their own unique style statement ( for e.g. Veda , Rohit Bal)  The staff working in store a palladium are quite helpful and they suggest stuff when you need help. 
  • 8. RECOMMENDATION Increase the number of brands  Live music on Piano for the whole day 
