  • 8. LEGAL ADVERTISING: 1. Not false, over exaggerate, or misleading 2. As state in the claim on label 3. If state more than claim, evidences, must be presented to FDA for further consideration.
  • 9. LEGAL REGULATION FOR APPROVED ADVERTISING: 1. No hidden message 2. Approval of advertisement is last long for 5 years 3. Must be the same submitted ads. 4. Present approval license number in the media 5. Any requirements in the general ads. Laws.

Limitation – comparing message - no medical or personal health look alike
