    3. Our Mission Altered Esthetics works to sustain the historical role of artists as a voice of society through our exhibits, events, services, workshops and programs.
    4. Accomplishments - Helping over 800 artists show their work - Hosting 41 group exhibitions - Founding the Arts District bike map - Starting the internship program - Engaging volunteers, artists and the community
    5. Goals - Continuing to serve artists - Continuing a rigorous exhibition schedule - Continuing our services - Continuing our internship program - Sustainability!
    6. Sustainability Includes - Maintaining the quality of our exhibitions & our internship program - Increased funding - More engaged, purposive participation - A solid infrastructure!
    7. Proposal - Moving further into a “ decentralized” structure - Using various tools to help

    9. Ae's Old Structure - Young initial structure - Much radiated out from one person - Not as engaged - Not as interactive - Not sustainable

    11. Ae's Current Structure - Transitional - More engaged - More participation - Increased funding - Lack of clarity in roles

    13. Proposal: New Structure - Major single role broken down - Fully engaged - Even more participation - More interactivity & community involvement - Increased funding (hopefully!) - Clarity in roles - Mission-driven - Sustainable!!!
    14. Goals & Timelines for the Board - Tonight: Introduce structure - December: Review - January: Regroup, establish - Feb-May: Recruit for specific roles & interview potential board members - June: New roles in place
    15. Proposal – 3 year terms for roles - 1 st year training - 2 nd year sustaining, developing - 3 rd year developing, training replacement - Helps plan ahead - Helps ease transitions
    16. The Wiki! - Content management system for Ae - Helpful tool for sharing information - “One stop” connection point - Role-based user system
    17. Goals & Timelines for the Wiki - Tonight: Introduce structure - December: Review, get familiar - January: Regroup - Feb-May: Import and link information - June: Transition to Wiki complete
    18. Review - Guided by mission - Organization's current goal = sustainability - Pushing for a solid, engaged infrastructure - Wiki tool to help w/ information sharing
