    Here is the number I got from my bank statement, showing and $89 charge 877-573-5366. They refunded me half of that back after I called and told them my situation, I never even got to try the product. And now I have to buy it for $50. Hope it works...

    Hi Judith,
    The same thing has just happened to me!! I responded to an ad via MSN and have just noticed the charge on my bank statement - It was supposed to be just for P&P. As luck would have it I have only just recieved the product and have a contact address on the envelope. The address I have is PUSH Innovation, 5300 ONTARIO MILLS PKWY#400, ONTARIO, CA91764. It also has the usual customs declaration on it stating the value of $5.00. I’m going to contact my bank and then somehow try and find this company. If you have had any joy please let me know. Thankyou

    I live in the UK and recently responded to a free trial offered on the internet by Purely White for teeth whitening products @ delivery cost only. When I completed the form, there was no mention made of having to return the product within 14 days or further products would be sent to me with costs incurred. The Free Trial product arrived without any paperwork or contact details. On top of the shipping costs,Purely White has since deducted a further $89.95 from my account. I have tried to find a contact number for this company but there is nothing on the internet apart from the free ad companies through which they advertise. There is not even a Free Trial offer with a website that exists any more. Do you have a Purely White Customer Services email or telephone number please? I am now stuck in a frightening spiral of debt to this company unless my credit card company can put a stop to these payments being taken from me.
    I would appreciate any help you can give me.
