These images are effective because theyare instantly recognisable to any client , but since they are typical, it is therefore harder to stand out in the crowd.Exterior CG are the most expensive image option in both time and money as the setup is extremely labour CGIsintensive however, once developed the same model can be used to create an infinite number of views andcamera angles and/or video fly-thrus. The key to achieving impact and awareness is to employ equal emphasis onthe landscape design as is employed on the building design, and choosing the correct ‘crop’.PUDDING includes the landscape design within all exterior CGIs.

DIGITAL COLLAGE: EXTERIORA bespoke approach to marketing is the unique DIGITAL COLLAGE ARTWORK which convey the proposedAMBIANCE of the property but set within a REAL context.Created from a combination of hand-drawn and photographic images, this style of image has an element ofrealism normally in the form of site photos used as the backdrop and real material overlays, combined with all ofthe character and ambiance of a oil painting.Exterior artworks help to provide a sense of the location and scale of the property to a client who cannotenvisage the finished article on the site.

Model creation from architectural plans is costly in both time and money, however aninterior 3D can allow the development model to be limited to just one room therefore limiting the expense.NOTE : the interior design choices for the images are absolutely crucial to the overall perception of the propertysince over 75% of clients will base their decision to buy (or are heavily influenced by) the furniture and interiordecoration shown in the image/photo and rarely register the actual room or space at all.PUDDING includes the COMPLETE interior design service for each camera shot.

It is a market specific y g p g p p y p pstyle and should be used with caution.This style is most successfully applied to luxury developments where LIFESTYLE plays an important rolein the sale. Used in combination with more traditional image types, context photographs and/orsample boards, this can a very powerful marketing tool.
  8. 8. HAND-DRAWN PLANSWorking back from final CAD plans, hand-drawn sketch plans can provide an accessibility to your marketingpresentation which sets clients at ease. This is an inexpensive technique most succesfully applied to ruralprojects or bespoke villas. The individual nature of drawings adds individuality.This style is not typically appropriate for the high-end luxury market who tend to favour digital imagery high end market, imagery.
  9. 9. BIRDS-EYE PLANSWorking up from final CAD plans, walls are extruded to create the birdseye prespective. This presentation styleadd the new dimension to 2D architectural drawings which can otherwise be difficult for clients to read. These canbe bold colour graphic images (as above) or developed with textures or patterned colours.This is an inexpensive method of enhancing your clients understanding of the proposed property property.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PLANSIntroduce additional flavour into your sales presentations by combining images and architectural plans The eye plans.can quite comfortably scan both elements simultaneously and register the information both independently andconcurrently creating a 66% stronger recognition of the project.Plans can still include text such as room names and m2 or images can be placed on a room by roombasis as a montage, which eliminates the need for naming.
