On 6 th April 2008 tow events coincide – the introduction of the Corporate Manslaughter Bill and the expiry of the one year period of grace for organisations involved in any construction projects to demonstrate that their staff are competent to Coordinator level. By that date your organisation must be able to prove that as a Duty Holder you are competent to manager construction projects.
