SCHOOL FEATURES- Inclusion is one of the most important priorities in our school. We try to achieve a comprehensive education which is open to diversity.- Other important aims in our school are: teaching children to be respectful, the promotion of children’s self-esteem, the stimulation of creativity, and creating a relaxed atmosphere at school, where communication between parents and staff is very positive.
TRADITIONAL CULTURE IN OUR SCHOOL- Traditional culture and foreign cultures are very important in our pedagogical process.- Immigration is a fact in our school, so working on different cultures and attending to diversity is very important for teachers.- Cultural activities are enriching, motivate children, lead them to learn lots of different aspects in a meaningful way, and they become more respectful.- We know it, and develop cultural activities whenever we can!
Thus, international cooperation is a very useful tool: • It brings other cultures to our school! • We achieve that children understand that diversity is enriching and funny! • Learning traditional aspects of other cultures is really motivating and a great chance, not only for children, but also for teachers, who also share experiences with teachers in other countries, and work together to achieve a common goal.
