  2. 2. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Overview<br />What can you do with Quote Templates?<br />Create templates that contain settings such as tax rates, payment terms and custom logos.<br />Create templates containing items that you often or always include in a quote.<br />
  3. 3. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Overview<br />When could you use Quote Templates?<br />Create templates for your main customers.<br />Create templates with tax settings for different countries or states.<br />Create templates for similar work you carry out frequently.<br />
  4. 4. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step 1 – Open Quotes Manager<br />Click QUOTES Manager, then click Quotes Templates.<br />
  5. 5. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step2 – Create a New Template<br />Click CREATE TEMPLATE<br />
  6. 6. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step3 – Name the Template<br />Enter a Template Name and Display Order then click CONTINUE<br />
  7. 7. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step4 – Change Quote Settings<br />Click on “Show Quotes Settings”, make any changes then click UPDATE.<br />
  8. 8. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step5 – Enter Basic Quote Details<br />Enter details for the Quote Template then click CONTINUE.<br />
  9. 9. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step6 – Add items to the quote template<br />Add Line Items and Fixed Cost Items then click CREATE TEMPLATE.<br />
  10. 10. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step7 – Using a Quote Template<br />Start a new quote as normal then click the “Create from Template” link.<br />
  11. 11. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step8 – Choosing a Quote Template<br />Select the template from the drop-down list.<br />
  12. 12. Quote Templates Guide &gt; Step9 – Make any changes as needed<br />Carry on as you would for a normal quote, making any required changes.<br />
