Findings and Conclusion
Job satisfaction of NSU staffs are quite low.
It generates the bad behavior of staffs with the customers
It relates the University with these behaviors and
diminishes the customer chain values.
Good relationship with supervisors is a important thing
for job satisfaction.
Salary is also important for job satisfaction.
Overall job satisfaction was very low.
