Introduction A topic of Human Resource Management. How much satisfied an employee is with his/her work. Depends on a lot of things: Salary/wage, behavior of superior and job environment. Impact on performance. When not satisfied, employees can’t perform with their full capacity. Diminishes Identity, customer relationship and employee- employer relationship.

Research Questions Basic things that shape a satisfactory job description. How much salary impacts on job satisfaction. How much good relationship with supervisor impacts job satisfaction. Is there any other way to increase the job satisfaction level of marginal staffs of NSU? Investigate the present condition of job satisfaction of North South University.

Findings and Conclusion  Job satisfaction of NSU staffs are quite low.  It generates the bad behavior of staffs with the customers (us).  It relates the University with these behaviors and diminishes the customer chain values.  Good relationship with supervisors is a important thing for job satisfaction.  Salary is also important for job satisfaction.  Overall job satisfaction was very low.
