  2. 2. Nearly all the swimming pools located in Queensland have managed to become registered on the “pool safety” register issued by the Queensland Government. Failure to register a swimming pool will result in a spot fine of up to $220 or even a type of maximum penalty up to the amount of $2,200. Register for Pool Safety This specific register will include all the records of the swimming pools in the Queensland area, as well as copies of certificates in pool safety that has been issued.
