Votes received after the end of FinalistPublic Voting Period will not be tabulated. The Finalist Entry that received the highest vote totalshall receive a score of 25 points. All other Finalist Entries will be given a score in proportionbased on the number of votes received in comparison to the Finalist that received the highestvote total. For example, if the highest vote total received by a Finalist Entry is 50 votes, thatvideo would receive 25 points for “votes received”. As such, a Finalist Entry receiving 20 voteswould then receive 10 points, since 20 out of 50 votes would yield a proportional score of 10 outof 25 points. For the avoidance of doubt, the “votes received” score is dependent upon theamount of votes a Finalist Entry receives as well as the highest vote total received by anyFinalist Entry. Page 9 of 21
