SIPP/SSAS and syndication structures<br />Through our structures investment can be made using SIPP/SSAS pension funds, syndicated investment in cash can also be made in a tax efficient manner. Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP)  <br /><ul><li>A SIPP is a Registered Pension Scheme for the purposes of Section 150 of the Finance Act 2004 and is a product regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Consultation Process<br />If suitable, a full application is Invited and further documentation will be sent to you for completion and return, together with the appropriate fees.<br /> Project Kudos will progress your application and work with you to compile any further documentation.<br /> We will prepare the structures through which SIPP compliance is achieved.<br /> On conclusion of the process you will be provided with written confirmation that you may now seek SIPP funds for your scheme.<br /> We further assist with the marketing of your scheme through our international marketing networks and through our SIPP/Investment Collections.<br />Following your initial enquiry we will send you a suitability assessment for completion. <br />This allows us to make an initial judgement on the benefits of your scheme.<br />Following return of this within 7 days we will notify you whether we believe your scheme will be suitable to progress to SIPP approval<br />The whole process can be achieved within 28 days from start to finish<br />
