    7. Jessica’s professional background is rich and varied, covering a range of experience from work with small theater companies to business administration in executive corporate environments. Trained as an actress, Jessica has lead multiple theatre companies in the areas of sound design and stage management, and has been involved in many aspects of the theater production business, from PR to set building. Whether as central corporate coordinator for large teams of Fortune 500 merchandisers, or sitting on theater boards, Jessica has a reputation for relationship building, including director-level communications. Jessica has strategically administered large corporate professional team projects, resulting in significant gains in quality, cost and time line reduction, customer alignment, collaboration and team development. A co-founder of IN:FUSE, Jessica is a valuable resource for communications, creative business growth, and leads public speaking service lines for IN:FUSE.
    8. Charles is a motivated, personable business professional with a talent for quickly mastering technology. He thrives in a deadline-driven environment, with excellent follow through and a creative, detail-oriented mind. His outgoing communication style and his ability to maintain a sense of humor and flexibility under pressure has allowed him to successfully lead a team to improve HR diversity training in a global initiative. He has managed research for content criteria, made decisions regarding SME (subject matter experts) selections, and developed project scopes for client training-tool deliverables, increasing eventual sale value. He has led zero profit-loss decision making processes for large international clients, developed, and managed operation models, a broad range of purchase order procurement, invoice database management, and sourcing. Because of his ability to build client rapport--including promoting enduring relationships with a diverse clientele--Charles single-handedly steered a national Minneapolis-based business consultation firm into the global arena in less than a 13-month period. He has been contracted by Target Corporation in the areas of Marketing, and as an Analyst in their Technology division, for the last two years.
    9. Nate’s background includes securing foreign tax reclaims for clients to avoid double taxation, and improving international tax reclaim processes. His account management background, dealing with large financial entities such as Bank of NY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Citibank, gives him extensive experience in pricing discrepancy matters. Small businesses, with limited budgets, rarely gain access to this type of expertise. Through experience in communicating with foreign and domestic tax authorities, Nate knows how to confirm requirements, rules, and regulations to obtain the most beneficial payment for IN:FUSE's clients. He has a background in testing and implementing new databases to increase efficiencies, creating new procedures and revising outdated procedures, facilitating incoming asset set up, asset maintenance, and pricing requests, all of which equip him for management of any small business financial system.
    10. Carl is Senior Corporate Counsel to MedStar Health. He joined MedStar Health (then Helix Health) in 1997. He provides legal advice to MedStar’s corporate parent and multiple large agencies. Carl also advises a number of MedStar’s diversified businesses which expand internationally and cover a wide variety of industry categorizations. His areas of expertise include affiliations and employment, regulatory compliance, HR staff matters and client care issues. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1997, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Maryland. A partner at IN:FUSE, Carl is also currently the Vice Chair of the Health Law Section of the Maryland State Bar. He recently spoke at the ABA’s Healthcare Summit on “Practical Approaches to Challenging Physician Self-Referral Issues” and wrote an article in the Maryland Bar Journal entitled “Dropping the Boom on Health Care.”
    11. Full of life and an accomplished creative, Mitch brings a wide-range of understanding in the branding implementation and marketing campaigns for major events throughout the Twin Cities. His production of the Ivey Awards, Minneapolis MOSAIC, Spark24, One Man Minneapolis and several other Arts & Entertainment proceedings exemplifies Mitch’s ability to manage and work with designers to execute campaigns. Mitch’s background with the coordination and maintenance of corporate sponsorships, production of television spots for national broadcast, and work flow management of design pieces from conception to production, offers small businesses rare access to a high-level, fresh, forward design experience.
    12. A talented, self-motivated and enthusiastic public relations professional, Angie is always seeking new challenges. She has a successful track record in providing leadership and instructional resources and services for implementation of clients’ public and media relations campaigns, and development of innovative internet and web-enhanced public relations strategies. Offering more than seven years of public relations and marketing communications experience she has managed accounts ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 companies. She has developed and executed public relations/communications programs for clients in a wide range of industries including retail, legal, nonprofit, food and beverage, fashion, hair care, financial and banking, telecommunication, technology, health care, child care, marine, and automotive aftermarket. Experienced in balancing priorities to achieve short-term and long- range goals, she brings an amazing ability to maintain focus in demanding work environments, coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
    13. Mollie brings extensive experience in marketing, print, Web and people. She efficiently manages and coordinates marketing and design materials from concept through completion. She works closely with clients to conceive designs, implement the vision, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. Successfully translates subject matter into concrete design for websites, print and sales collateral. Creates persuasive marketing presentations and collateral. Highly skilled in print production, always trying to produce the most cost effective jobs. Mollie manages all strategic, operational, financial, and staffing needs for marketing departments.
