  • Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory 1. Introduction a. Session Objectives: i. Participants will compare Bandura’s social learning theory to their own definition of social learning and other learning theories. ii. Participants will justify how social learning is applicable to self- concepts. iii. Participants will reflect on social learning is seen in adult learning, formally and informally. 2. Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory: a. Please use the space below to construct your own definition of social learning. 3. According to other theorists, how do people learn?
