It will help a lot if your back muscles is strong especially if you are engaged into sports and work that needs a strong back to last you a day.

      Exercising is one of the best ways that can help you achieve a strong back. There are a lot of specific exercises designed to keep your back muscles strong. It is not only that the back muscles should be strong but also those muscles of body parts that support the back, like the legs, stomach, hamstring and many others.
      Stretching and strengthening exercises will help a lot. You can stretch hip and hip flexors by doing some stretching. Chest lift can also help a lot. You can do this by laying flat with your chest on the floor making sure that your hands are near your chest then lift your chest, do this slowly and step by step. A figure-four stretch can also help, lie flat with your back on the floor, pull your knee until your ankle is near your shoulder, do this alternately with your right and left knee.
      You also can lift both of your legs then hold your thighs as close as possible to your chest, repeat this 10 times. You can also do back curling exercises. Kneel on the floor with your hands and legs as support, then you can do this exercise by sagging the back then normal position then arch the back then normal position again.. Do this either kneeling or sitting down.
      You can also consult a person who is an expert on this. You can enroll yourself in a gym and have an instructor help you in your back muscle strengthening. Do the exercises above to strengthen your back. In this way you can strengthen your back and will not tire easily. Try this now.
