Duties over the years have included budgeting, staffing, purchasing, marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to forming The Brookline Group, Patrick founded and was president of National Cleaning Systems of America, Inc. Mr. Roberts earned an MBA from the Manhattan College School of Business and holds a BA from LeMoyne College. Steve Bond , Principal. Steve brings with him more than 16 years of industry experience and has managed all aspects of the facility services business. Before forming The Brookline Group, Steve managed a portfolio of properties from Philadelphia to Boston where his responsibilities included management of profit & loss, budgeting, marketing, operations, labor relations and bid preparation.
