  2. 2. Mr. Joby is the Recruitment Manager of <br />Flixtore – The Local Video store<br />He had to replace the Store Keeper <br />who will retire next month.<br />He had a Recruitment strategy<br />And was happy with it<br />
  3. 3. He had a fat budget<br />He Advertised the Jobs in Job sites<br />& News papers<br />
  4. 4. He searched Resume in his Database for hours <br />to check if he has the right Candidate<br />He sent out Targeted emails to many Candidates<br />
  5. 5. He Received so much response that he worked for hours together going through all the Resume…<br />Calling up Candidates…<br />& meeting them up<br />… and the time was ticking<br />
  6. 6. After going through the whole lot he understood…<br />None of the Candidate were suitable<br />They did not know the local market<br />He had little time before the old man retires<br />
  7. 7. He started losing hope<br />He felt his rating go down<br />…Or may be even getting <br />thrown out<br />
  8. 8. Just then, he saw a few locals watching the Window display… they did not seem like Customers.<br />But they were looking for something...<br />
  9. 9. That’s when the Idea sparked…<br />He ran up the Stairs…<br />
  10. 10. Made a Sweet looking<br />‘Wanted’ poster<br />And posted it on the Window!<br />
  11. 11. Many persons saw it & were interested<br />He met some really good Candidates<br />And Mr. Joby found his next Store keeper… In his own Locale <br />& The cost… (you should know)<br />All he had to do was let Candidates know he had the vacancies…<br />

To be a Super Recruiter…<br />It is not essential you are a Super worker…<br />It is more important that you are Smart one<br />Let Candidates know you have the vacancy rather than letting them search for it else where (Job sites & Newspapers)<br />When Candidates reach out to you… they are much more loyal & reliable assets<br />Help them find your Jobs easily. <br />List the Job in your website - your online window to the world.<br />
