        • we were promised a chance to contribute
          • we got meetings where form triumphs over substance
        • we were promised an outlet for creativity
          • we got re-trained on re-engineering
      • In the age of a revolutionary change
        • what is in store for us ?
    • Re-engineer or Transform ? Transformation Re-Engineering
    • Innovation Limited by Imagination
      • Incremental improvement is not enough
        • kaizen is out
        • business process reengineering is out
        • knowledge management is too slow
      • The gap between what can be imagined and what can be accomplished has never been smaller
      • we can now walk backward from our imagination rather than walk forward from the existing past
