Atlanta apartments by neighborhoods

  1. 1. Atlanta Apartments By Neighborhoods
  2. 2. Atlanta has 11 geographical divisions; north, east, central, far east etc. Each division is then divided down into neighborhoods. There are a number of factors that determine which neighborhood will be best for you including where you work, types of entertainment you like, the quality of the school system etc. Since I can't cover all the neighborhoods in Atlanta where you can find Atlanta rentals I will do my best to mention the most popular for renting apartment complexes and will leave out those that have mainly houses.
  3. 3. Each of Atlanta's neighborhoods has their fair share of history and you will be able to find what you are looking for no matter what it is. There are many potential Atlanta apartments that will suit your pocket and lifestyle but not many neighborhoods will do the same. Here we give you some of the major neighborhoods that carry apartments in Atlanta.
  4. 4. Let me first start with Downtown which is found in Central Atlanta. This is very much in high demand especially for those who love nightlife and great shopping and food right at their doorsteps. You can literally find this in downtown Atlanta. Some Atlanta apartments you can check out in this area include Centennial Place, GE Tower Lofts, 660 apartments, Auburn Glenn apartments, Capitol Gateway, City Plaza, Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts, 626 Dekalb, The Roosevelt Historic Apartments, 1016 Lofts and the Archstone Cheshire Bridge.
  5. 5. As we move over to East Atlanta you will find places like the famous Decatur. Some Atlanta apartments for rent that may interest you in this neighborhood are Kensington Manor, Southern Pines, Parkway Grand Apartments, Windrush, Providence at North Lake and Park Summit. Another neighborhood in East Atlanta is Lithonia. Some great apartments here include Waldon Brook, Arbor Crossing, Creekside Crossing, Hampton Woods and Alexander at Stonecrest.
  6. 6. In North Atlanta in the neighborhood of Roswell you can find apartments such as GreenHouse Roswell, The Legends at Dunwoody and The Park at Briar Cliff. There is also the neighborhood of Alphareta where you can find apartments like Avistele at Andalusia, Seven Pines, Aubrey's Landing, Wood Bridge Apartments, Collingwood, The Preserve at Deerfield, The Wellington at Winward and Cypress Point Alpharetta.
  7. 7. In South Atlanta you can find neighborhoods such as College Park Area where you can find apartments such as Oxford Asbury Park, Regency Park Apartments, Ansley at Princeton Lakes, Woodside Vista Apartments, Brookside Apartments and Meadow View. There is also the small neighborhood of Morrow which is ideal for those who want to live in a quiet area. Here you can find Hidden Creek apartments, Regal Pointe and Windsor landing.
  8. 8. In West Atlanta you can find the Dallas area which is home to apartments such as Magnolia Creste Apartments, The Evergreen at Magnolia Commons, Evergreen at Lost Mountain and Harris Bridge Overlook. In Austell you can find Berkshires at Sweetwater Creek, Parkview Apartments, Crestmark apartments, Orchard Mill, Alta Mill and the beautiful Avonlea Tributary.
  9. 9. This list should make your search a bit easier as you will know which neighborhoods you can find apartments in without having to sort through apartments, houses, and condos when you are quite certain you only want to live in an apartment. Also listed is some of the best apartments in each neighborhood. Now you can start the apartment hunting by searching for a specific apartment in a specific neighborhood instead of searching the entire city of Atlanta.
