    • Contracts is a essential part of operating and managing any form of business or it’s operations. The contract sets guidelines and establishes agreed rules and regulations. The purpose of having a contract is to document an understanding .contracts eliminates misunderstandings. The use of a contract is to make sure all parties involved follow the same rules. contracts protect you and your client . It avoids situations that can lead to lost or damages.

    • was passed in the United States on April 21, 2000, and sites catering to children are required to go along with it. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPA) changed how many sites worked on the Internet with parental control . COPA allow adults to protect personal information if your under 13 years. We should know not to give out personal info such as where you live and your and your family names .

    • Links are connections between web pages in a Web document on the internet. They are meant to be references to other sources of information.
    • Linking to a site does not mean ownership or endorsement, there is no reason you would need to ask permission to link to a site that is publically accessible.
    • What you need to be careful of is what you say in and around your link.

    • Copy right is the right of the owner to reproduce or permit someone else to reproduce copyrighted works .Copy right on the web is kind of like plagiarizing . Which means that if you did not create, write or made the item you need permission to use it . If you don’t ask permission you are stealing and the owner of the item can press charges on you.

    • The web is like a jungle you can get lost in it .except the fact that there are so many rules . Some of the laws are widely enforced like copyright and others are different from country to country like privacy laws. These links will help you navigate the issues and potential mistakes of running pages on the Web .

    • I learned that accessing the world wide web (www) is a great tool for information. However there are many rules and regulations that govern it. Just like with any tool that you use it is very important to be aware of the laws that applies to it . There are many laws associated with links, copyrights, and web designs. Becoming familiar with these laws will enable you to use the internet more effectively. This study has helped me to be able to utilize the world wide web in a more knowledgeable manner.
