    • LOSE YOUR GRIP MEANS…• to lose your ability to control or deal with a situation• to become very angry (to lose it)• Another common expression to express your losing of control is “I’ve had it” or “I’ve had enough of it”• Ex. I’ve had it with crime in my area• I’ve had it with this job/situation/person, etc
