  • 2. Jupiter• Jupiter is the fifth planet from the sun and is the largest in the solar system.
  • 3. Mercury Mercury is the smallest planet in thesolar system and spins round the sun once every 87,969 days that’s a long time this is called orbiting.
  • 4. NeptuneNeptune is the eighth and most farthest planet away from the sun IT was discovered on the 23rd of September 1846.
  • 5. Venus• Venus is often known as earths sister due to the size and bulk similarity and is also known as the goddess of love and beauty.
  • 6. Saturn• Saturn is the second biggest planet in the solar system and is named after the roman god.
  • 7. Uranus• Uranus is the seventh planet from the sun and is known as deity after the Greek god.
  • 8. Mars• Mars is the fourth planet from the sun and is similar to earth because it has water.
  • 9. Earth• We live on earth and it is the third planet from the sun it has loads of other species living on it and is the only one to have life on it.
