  1. 1. I am sure by now, you know getting a six pack, is not solely down to exercise. Food plays a huge part in getting a six pack, and the sooner you find out which foods help you get perfect abs, the quicker you will reach your target. Let me show you the foods to eat to get a six pack, and which ones you need to avoid.
  2. 2. Many people will know that building six packs, is 51% food and 49% exercise, and if you dont believe me, then askany personal trainer. They may even tell you food plays a larger part in the six pack plan, and they may be right. I would like to explain which foods help you get a six pack, and which foods to avoid.

  4. 4. By now you should know that foods such asChicken, Wholegrain Breads and Fruit and the largest foodparts, and if you are not eating these quite a lot, then youshould be changing your diet. Fish and Eggs are something else you need to be adding to your diet, and if you can fill your refrigerator and kitchen cupboards with thesefoods, you are on your way to reaching your goal. It is very easy to find many easy to make and delicious recipes which contain these foods.
  5. 5. As you can see from the foods above, they are all natural and very affordable, and will help you reach your goal quicker. I for one am a great believer in healthy foods, asthey not only help you build muscle, lose weight, but they help you stay in good health. I have been in yoursituation, and I did find it very easy to eat good foods, and cut out the bad, because I was determined to reach my goal.

  7. 7. Sugary foods and soda, should be avoided. Not only are they bad for your health, but they will in no means help you get a six pack. Pasta, Pizza and other foods whichcontain hydrogenated fats and oils, are something else to avoid. I have seen many of my friends eat thesefoods, because they cannot seem to not eat them, but my advice was to not buy them in the first place.
  8. 8. If you can be determined and focused on getting a six pack, then I see no reason why you cannot see positive results in just a week. It is easy to implement and veryaffordable, because it is all basic healthy food, and most of it is not branded. Take it from me, these are just a couple of the foods to eat to get a six pack, and there are many more.
  9. 9. If you are serious about building a six pack, then you haveto stay focused. A great tip someone once told me was, "If you dont have the junk foods in your house, you are less likely to cheat". How true, and I have remembered that from the day this person told me.
