  4. Our Aim is To see that every women is self employed Trained Motivated Protected Given their rights
  5. PRERANA’s objective is to
    • To evaluate the activities/training carried under the scheme in the targeted states of JHARKHAND and the scope for
    • entrepreneurship development and self-employment.
    • To examine the relevance/viability of the activities under the scheme to the changing demands of industry, business and market, and suitable altercation, modification and substitution, if any
    • To examine the scope and relevance of collaboration with industry and business for reinforcing/reinventing the mutualities of interest, particularly in the context of employers demand for a motivated and competent workforce.
    • To evaluate the training activities for the scheduled castes implemented under the scheme in JHARKHAND and the existing and futuristic scope for self-employment and employment opportunities in relation to the training in industry/business

    • Every Girl Child IS IMPORTANT 2. PRERANA believes that the Girl child must play a role in her intervention. 3. PRERANA recognizes that it cannot work alone 4. PRERANA Loves to Motivate the Girl Child.

  8. PRERANA evolved from the needs of Women They need Self Employment. The service needed to be their service. It’s name and logo were discussed and decided upon with Women –”PRERANA” logo shows the light of Rays!

    • Monitoring the quality of service provided by PRERANA by Training them and helping them in self employment.
    • Ensuring co-ordination between Government departments and NGO’s.
    • Taking measures to ensure that there are adequate services for the Girl Child.
    • Planning the training strategies for Self Employment.
    • Suggesting measures to address problems and issues.

    • Understanding the Problems faced with them and their families.
    • PRERANA had visited the nearby Villages and gave the message to the public.
    • Several places PRERANA Awareness was made.
    • Given life to many abandoned Girl Child.
    • Awareness through Mass media.

  22. BEGINNING A PRERANA PROJECT
    • The organization was christened ‘PRERANA’SWAYAM SEWI SANSTHAN (Provision for recognition, education, rejuvenation, and awareness generation for needy anonymous) and has been striving since then to bring the downtrodden people into the mainstream of the society to have a better and quality of life in the best possible way.
    • PRERANA has drawn generous support from different dignified institutions, noble persons and many Society’s and Sangha’s .

    • PRERANA before it starts, undergoes a similar process – of involving Women's participation in planning the service.
    • PRERANA believes that the Women must play a role in her intervention.

    • We are helping and we work with them while deciding follow-up.
