  3. The history of social media? Is where we can interact through the internet. Sharing information with one another like pictures, video, or IM .And some of this site help you have person to person conversations. some of well know sites like Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Blog, Youtube and ect. .
  4. The number of users Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook, has almost double since last year. Employee are more and more becoming the brand ambassador on social media. twitter is in the rising on becoming one the trusted influence in consumer journalism , because of it real-time hash tags..
  5. This chart show the grow for the top social network. In 2012, the is an expected adopt new channels range from 30% to 45% among the social leaders,and only 10% to 20% are expert to use any channel.
