    Module:- human resource(HR).

    Human resource:- employees, selection process, recruitment, training etc.
    Initial study of the database:- analyze the company situation, objectives, boundaries, constraints etc.
    Conceptual design:- data analysis and requirements, data sources, business rules, entity relationship modeling.

    Data analysis and requirements:- It includes the analyses of the data and the reason behind the requirement of the particular data.

    Business rules:- These are some kind of constraints which is being implemented in the businesses.

    Entity relationship modeling includes the practical implementation of the database. it includes many things like the entities, attributes, relationships, cardinality and normalization etc.
